CD of the Week (26 – 30 April)

Sea Impressions

Visual artists have always been fascinated by bodies of water, their turbulence, calm, movement and stillness have all been the catalyst for many masterpieces.

Composers too are guilty of being entranced by water, especially the ocean. In Sea Impressions, pianist Jeanell Carrigan delivers a journey in sound, illustrating how water has become a major aspect of inspiration.

Fine Music Sydney subscribers have the chance to win a copy of Sea Impressions courtesy of station sponsor Wirripang. To enter the draw, register your details using the entry form below. Winners will be notified by email.
